| Why do I need to install OnPar SynchroV2? |
OnPar SynchroV2 is the portal that will appear when you connect your OnPar device to your PC. It will allow you to add/delete courses to/from your device. It will automatically load available software updates to your OnPar each time you synchronize. If you use the OnPar scorecard or shot tracking features, you can upload your scores and statistics to store and review from your MyOnPar account. OnPar Synchro V2 is required to load courses to your OnPar. Click the button below to begin installation. NOTE: you can install this program on multiple computers if needed (Home PC, work PC, Vacation PC, etc.)

| How do I know OnPar Synchro V2 is installed and running on my PC? |
| Check to make sure that OnPar Synchro V2 is running in your system tray. Look at the lower right of your screen for the green circling arrows icon. Hover your mouse over it and it will display "OnPar Synchro V2" confirming you have OnPar Synchro V2 installed and running properly.
If you cannot confirm OnPar Synchro V2 is displayed in your system tray, Click on Start and run "OnPar Synchro" program.

| How do I know I am using the OnPar Synchro V2 to download courses? |
| When you connect your OnPar to your PC via USB, OnParSynchro will open in its own web browser window.
NOTE: Make sure your OnPar is turned ON before you connect it to your PC.
NOTE: If your OnPar is not recognized by your PC, click the power button on your OnPar once and listen for a chime from your PC, wait 1-2 seconds, click the power button on your OnPar again and listen for a chime from your PC. Wait 4-5 seconds, and your PC will recognize the OnPar device and it will say "Device Status: OnPar Device connected" at the bottom of the OnParSynchro Window frame.
NOTE: You cannot use your web browser to download courses, you must use the OnParSynchro web browser window.

| How do I download courses to my OnPar correctly? |
After you have connected your OnPar to your PC and the OnPar Synchro window appears, enter your login information (Email & Password).
As you search through the course list and see courses you would like to add to your OnPar, check the check box under the "Availability" column on the far right, then click the orange button "Add to My Courses". You will need to click this button for each page where you have checked courses before moving to the next page.
Once you add all the courses you would like loaded on your OnPar, click the MyCourses link.
Follow steps 1-4 below.
After you click the blue "Synch" button, you should see the following screens:
